Ottimo prodotto dell’azienda agricola reggiana, questa Spergola dimostra tutto il suo fascino di un vitigno autoctono, riscoperto, che sa dare forse il meglio di sé facendolo brut.
Ottima consistenza, buona acidità e discreta persistenza.
A mio avviso ottimo con vellutate leggere, sushi e perché no una torta soffice di yougurt.
