The “Muri del Diavolo (Devil’s Walls) are typical stratified ravines, the result of the erosion of friable marly strata, typical of our area, from where we select the best Lambrusco grapes. The 20 months’ rest on the lees enhances the structure and aromatic expression of this wine, re-fermented according to the Classic Method.
