The FIVI groups together winemakers who cultivate their own vineyards, bottle their own wine and personally take care of their products. The winemaker sells all or part of the harvest bottled, under his or her own responsibility and his/her own name and label. The winemaker does not buy grapes or wine for commercial purposes and complies with the winemaking standards of his/her profession, limiting the use of pointless and costly additives and focusing his/her attention on the production of healthy grapes that require no cellar makeup.
